Bounce House Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Agreement
By renting a bounce house from The Party Rental Spot LLC ("Company"), the renter ("Customer") agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. The Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions before using the equipment.
2. Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure the booking.
Full payment must be made before or upon delivery.
If payment is not received, the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a reschedule.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
If the event is canceled due to severe weather, the Customer may reschedule within 7 days, subject to availability.
4. Delivery & Setup
The Customer must ensure a clear and accessible area for setup.
The bounce house must be set up on a level surface free from debris, sharp objects, or hazardous conditions.
The Customer is responsible for providing access to an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location.
Once installed, the bounce house cannot be moved.
5. Safety Rules & Usage
Adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use.
No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or gum inside the bounce house.
No flips, wrestling, or rough play allowed.
No exceeding the maximum occupancy limit of 4 children or 2 adults.
The Customer must ensure that no one uses the bounce house during rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions.
6. Liability & Indemnification
The Customer assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period.
The Company is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or accidents related to improper use, lack of supervision, or negligence.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Party Rental Spot LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the rental equipment.
7. Equipment Care & Damages
The Customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
If the bounce house is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the rules, the Customer agrees to pay repair or replacement costs.
If the bounce house is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
8. Weather Policy
If winds exceed 15 mph or there is rain, the bounce house must be deflated and not used.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to extreme weather for safety reasons.
